Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: We welcome cats and dogs*! 2 dogs or 2 cats max per apartment. Pet rent applies: Cat: $25 per month. $200 deposit. Dog <25lbs: $100 per month. Dog >25lbs: $150 per month. $500 deposit per dog. 60 lb. weight limit on dogs. Aggressive Breeds (Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.) unfortunately, are not allowed. Call for more details regarding breed restrictions.
